Device Compatibility (BYOP Policy)
Posted by Red Pocket Mobile Customer Service on 09 October 2014 07:04 AM

There is an official BYOP Program for Red Pocket Mobile CDMA that is limited to 3G handsets.  Devices cannot be active,
lost, stolen, or reported as a Bad ESN.

While unsupported devices may be activated on CDMA, we have to warn you that there are risks involved in doing so.   We are not fully trained on how to assist Unsupported Devices. There could be applications and features on your Device that could limit or restrict your service from working properly. We also have to warn you that if we are informed that the Device is unauthorized for use on Red Pocket Mobile CDMA it could get disconnected from services which would be out of our control to prevent.  In case that your device gets disconnected, we will be able to recover your phone number but you would need to re-activate a new device.
