CDMAS: Error 16- Voice Authentication

Error 16 is typically caused when a new Device is activated on the CDMA-S Network that is not recognized.  If you receive this error when initiating a call, please contact Customer Service immediately by Dialing 611 or (888)993-3888 and inform Red Pocket Mobile Customer Service that you are receiving Error 16 for Voice Authentication.
