Alcatel "serv.prov.key"
Posted by Red Pocket Mobile Customer Service on 19 June 2012 10:45 PM

For Alcate Phones

When you insert your new Red Pocket Mobile Sim on your phone and it phone asks for "serv.prov.key", it means that the phone is locked and it wont accept any Sim from any carrier. This is true for Alcatel phones only. Your phone has to be unlocked to be able to use your Red Pocket Mobile Sim Card. You can search the web for unlock codes or have it done by a specialist.

Note: Most Alcatel phones can't be unlocked.
