How do I check the status of my port request?

You can check the status of your port-in request directly from GoRedPocket.com/checkyouraccount. 

If there is an issue with your port-in request, such as if you submitted the incorrect account number or password, you can correct and resubmit your port-in request directly from GoRedPocket.com/checkyouraccount.
