Why didn't I get a PIN for my Monthly-Auto Refill purchase?

Unlike our regular one-time refills, there are no refill PINs issued on Monthly Auto Refills. Your account will be automatically refilled when the enrollment has been processed, or within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
