My account is active but it says "No Service"

If the phone displays NO NETWORK COVERAGE, NO SERVICE, EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY it may be a  network reception issue. To view the Red Pocket Mobile Coverage Map, visit GoRedPocket.com/plans and click on "View Coverage Map".

If you are certain that there is AT&T Pay As You Go network in your area, your service should be working fine. We would suggest that you try the following:

1. Switch your phone off and then power on again.
2. Try your Red Pocket Mobile SIM in a Red Pocket Mobile phone or another unlocked GSM phone that works in the USA (GSM 850/1900).

This is meant for Iphones only however if you have the equivalent description on your phone, you may try this as well.

 1. Go to settings

A. be sure airplane mode is off

 2.Scroll to general and select

 3. Scroll to network and select

A. be sure enable 3G and cellular data are on

 4. Go back to settings

 5.Scroll to general and select

 6. Scroll to Reset and select

A. Reset Network Settings
