How will I know if my existing wireless number has been ported over to Red Pocket Moible?

You will be receiving an Activation Email from us which would mean that your number has ported over to Red Pocket Mobile. You would need to power cycle your phone - turn off, for about a minute or 2, replace it back in and power back on.  For GSMA and GSMT please also remove the SIM Card when rebooting the Device as this is required to update the Red Pocket Mobile SIM with the activation.
