I configured my phone but I still cant use the Internet.

First make sure you have enough data on your phone to use the internet. If you have 200kb or less data it may no longer be sufficient to use the internet.

Second, check the settings on your phone. Depending on your phone brand and model, make sure you have either Cellular Data, Mobile Web or Mobile Web Browsing ON or ENABLED. Please refer to your phones manual on how to enable Mobile Web.
