Why do I have no money in my main account balance after I refilled my account?

When your account is on one of our rate plans that features Unlimited Talk & Text, account activity is not debited from your balance since we rate domestic calls at zero.

However, please carefully note your accont expiry date, which starts counting from the date of your last refill. Refill early to avoid uninterrupted wireless service!
