Changing your Red Pocket Mobile plan is easy! For monthly plans, complete the instructions that follow. For annual plans, click here.
Upgrade and Refill with a Credit or Debit Card
- Visit redpocket.com/refill and login with your Red Pocket Mobile account and password. (Guest Check Out is also available if you don't have an account online).
- Click on View Details/Pay and then click on the Pay button.
- Click on Upgrade My Plan and choose the Red Pocket Mobile plan you'd like to upgrade to. After going through the checkout page, allow up to 15 minutes to see the changes in your account.
Upgrade and Refill with PIN
- Visit redpocket.com/refill and enter your 10 digit Red Pocket phone number. Click on "Already have an existing PIN, Voucher, or Airtime Card?".
- Enter your PIN number and you're done!
- Once your refill has successfully processed your plan will be automatically changed! If you do not see any changes to your account, please refresh your webpage and wait up to 15 minutes.
If you're on an annual plan and you would like to upgrade after your next monthly cycle, (but before your annual plan cycle expires), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
