Most devices will work with Red Pocket on one or more of our network options.
What devices will NOT work with this service?
Even though we work with all different types of devices, some exclusions apply. These include:
Locked Tracfone devices
Boost/Virgin Mobile Branded devices
Devices reported lost or stolen
Devices reported for fraud
Devices under an existing contract with another carrier or if funds are still owed to your old carrier so they block the use of your phone with us.
While unsupported devices may be activated on CDMA, we have to warn you that there are risks involved in doing so. We are not fully trained on how to assist Unsupported Devices. There could be applications and features on your Device that could limit or restrict your service from working properly. We also have to warn you that if we are informed that the Device is unauthorized for use on Red Pocket Mobile CDMA it could get disconnected from services which would be out of our control to prevent. In case that your device gets disconnected, we will be able to recover your phone number but you would need to re-activate a new device.
