If you cannot edit the APN on your handset we will help you configure your device using our Red Pocket Device Configuration App. There, you will find detailed instructions for iPhone, Android, and just about any other type of device you can think of. Just click "Have any other kind of phone?" at the bottom of the page.
*Please note that GSMA should be configured for data service on new account activation or whenever a device has been changed or swapped.
