You have 30 days either from when you used up your airtime or when
your service ends to refill your account before you lose your phone
number.
It may take up to 24 hours for your Monthly Auto Refill enrollment to
be processed in PayPal and for your account to be refilled. If your
account has not been recharged after 24 hours, please contact Customer
Service.
Our Service is a Prepaid service. As per our Terms and Conditions, and
under normal circumstances, we are unable to refund any refill that
has been used and applied to an account. Please contact Customer
Service if you need further assistance.
For security, Monthly Recurring Payments are currently managed through
PayPal. You may use your credit card/debit card by adding it to your
PayPal account and by then processing your Monthly Recurring Payment
sign-up via PayPal.
Unlike our regular one-time refills, there are no refill PINs issued
on Monthly Auto Refills. Your account will be automatically refilled
when the enrollment has been processed, or within 24 hours after the

When your account is on one of our rate plans that features Unlimited
