You have 30 days either from when you used up your airtime or when your service ends to refill your account before you lose your phone number.
It may take up to 24 hours for your Monthly Auto Refill enrollment to be processed in PayPal and for your account to be refilled. If your account has not been recharged after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.
